These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all software plugins, services, and related digital products developed and provided by VerseLabWp by BITSTRUCT SRL, a company registered in Romania, with its registered office at 8 Balta Pasărea Street, Tunari, Ilfov, VAT no. 52627984 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, installing, or using any of our WordPress plugins — including but not limited to NeuroPress AI, Duplicate Killer, and any future products released under the BITSTRUCT brand (collectively, the “Products”) — you (“Customer”, “Buyer”, or “you”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Products or services.
BITSTRUCT SRL is a WordPress plugin development company.
We build tools that extend and optimize WordPress functionality for individuals, businesses, and developers (“Clients”) who manage or build websites for themselves or their customers (“End Users”).
Our plugins are available as digital downloads via our website and marketplaces. Each plugin provides specific enhancements to WordPress performance, automation, or user experience.
By purchasing or using our Products, you confirm that you are:
At least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian;
Capable of entering into a binding agreement;
Providing accurate and complete information when registering an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you open an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
All software, documentation, logos, and trademarks associated with the Products remain the property of BITSTRUCT SRL or, where applicable, their respective owners.
You may not use, reproduce, or modify our trademarks without written permission.
Our website or plugins may include links or integrations with third-party services (for example, OpenAI, SureCart, or YouTube APIs). We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or data usage. Using those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Some Products (including NeuroContent) may offer optional integration with Facebook / Meta services to enable publishing or scheduling content to Facebook Pages.
By enabling this integration, you acknowledge and agree that:
Facebook / Meta is a third-party service not owned or controlled by BITSTRUCT SRL;
Use of the Facebook integration is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms, Policies, and any applicable Facebook Page rules;
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to publish content to the selected Facebook Page;
We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, or performance of Facebook APIs or services;
Facebook may change, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to its APIs or permissions at any time, which may result in partial or complete loss of functionality without liability on our part.
BITSTRUCT SRL is not responsible for actions taken by Facebook, including but not limited to content moderation, Page restrictions, account suspensions, or API access limitations.
Each Product requires a valid license key purchased from us or an authorized reseller.
Licenses are issued to the original purchaser and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred without our consent.
Some features depend on our servers; an active license is required for ongoing functionality, updates, and support.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights — not ownership.
A license is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
During this time, you receive updates, bug fixes, and support.
Unless cancelled, the license renews automatically each year.
You will be notified by email prior to any renewal.
If the license expires, updates and support will be discontinued until renewal.
Continued Functionality After Expiration
Upon license expiration, the software plugin will continue to function in its last installed state.
However, once the license has expired, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Access to plugin configuration panels, advanced settings, or administrative modification features may be limited or disabled;
Software updates, bug fixes, security patches, and new features will no longer be available;
Access to support services will be suspended;
Any functionality that relies on external services, APIs, or license validation servers may be restricted or disabled.
The plugin is provided “as is” in its final activated state until the license is renewed.
After license expiration, VerseLabWP by BITSTRUCT SRL makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with future versions of WordPress, PHP, or third-party plugins.
After your purchase is processed, you’ll receive an email containing your account details, download link, and license key.
From your account dashboard, you can:
Download purchased plugins,
View active licenses,
Access invoices and billing history.
All Products remain the intellectual property of BITSTRUCT SRL. You may not:
Claim our Products as your own work;
Redistribute license keys or repackage our code for resale;
Integrate our Products as default components of hosting or SaaS solutions without written consent.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting rights granted under the GNU General Public License.
Support is available to customers with an active license.
Support is provided via email or our helpdesk system and is limited to product functionality and compatibility issues.
We do not offer customization support or guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin, theme, or hosting environment.
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details and a short description of your issue.
After 14 days, refunds are no longer available.
We recommend testing our plugins thoroughly within the first two weeks to ensure they meet your needs.
Renewals
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.
If we are not required by law to collect VAT or sales tax, you agree to remit any applicable taxes directly to your local tax authority.
By purchasing our Products, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your account — such as updates, renewals, or important announcements.
These messages are strictly service-related, not promotional.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or license if we detect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
Reselling or redistributing our licenses is strictly prohibited.
If we determine a license was resold, it may be permanently revoked, and we may seek damages.
You may not use our plugins in connection with illegal, adult, or malicious content.
If you experience a billing or technical issue, contact us first.
Filing a chargeback without prior communication will result in permanent denial of access to all BITSTRUCT SRL Products.
Our Products are tested on a clean installation of WordPress with default settings.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins or hosting configurations.
VerseLabWP by BITSTRUCT SRL is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our Products.
All BITSTRUCT SRL plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v3.0 or later.
The GPL license governs the rights to use, study, modify, and redistribute the source code.
Separately, a commercial license is required to access:
Software updates and new versions;
Official support services;
Premium features, configuration interfaces, or integrations;
External services provided by BITSTRUCT SRL.
Expiration of the commercial license does not revoke the GPL rights granted to the software already obtained, but does limit access to the commercial services and features listed above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Ilfov County, Romania.
